Mr Kittisak chased and lost the taxi and then returned to the scene. Mr Akanat claimed his car had been scratched. Mr Akanat was sacked from his job at GMMTV. Mr Akanat paid the compensation in cash at the conclusion of the negotiation. Mr Kittisak has been charged with reckless driving and has to report to the prosecutor on June 21.
